The Admissions Process at Koru Spring

Step One: Call Us

The first step in attending residential treatment at Koru Spring is a call to one of our admissions specialists at: 855-797-2268.

Step Two: Complete a Pre-Screening

On this call, the admissions specialist will ask you about your mental and physical health. It is important to be completely honest on this call, our team is here to help.

Step Three: Insurance Coverage

We will review your insurance policy and create a treatment plan based on coverage options and your responses to the pre-screening. Many residents choose to pay for treatment out-of-pocket if insurance is not available.

Step Four: Arranging Travel

Once you accept your treatment plan, our team will help you coordinate travel to Koru Spring.
